Job Description

Manager of Labor Relations Campaigns at Starbucks leading a team and advancing labor strategy. Ensuring effective execution of labor relations initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 4-5 Labor Relations professionals
  • Support and execute labor relations campaign strategies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to field and regional leaders
  • Assess risk and recommend proactive interventions
  • Partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders
  • Deliver and facilitate labor relations training
  • Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws
  • Model inclusive and values-based leadership
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, or human resources
  • Prior people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
  • Working knowledge of labor law and campaign dynamics
  • Strong consultation and influence skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience in complex, fast-paced environments such as retail or logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
