Job Description
Manager of Labor Relations Campaigns at Starbucks leading a team and advancing labor strategy. Ensuring effective execution of labor relations initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 4-5 Labor Relations professionals
- Support and execute labor relations campaign strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to field and regional leaders
- Assess risk and recommend proactive interventions
- Partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders
- Deliver and facilitate labor relations training
- Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws
- Model inclusive and values-based leadership
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, or human resources
- Prior people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
- Working knowledge of labor law and campaign dynamics
- Strong consultation and influence skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in complex, fast-paced environments such as retail or logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
