Job Description

Learning & Development Partner providing education and coaching to ICU Medical sales professionals. Developing and delivering educational content for internal and external training programs across sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales excellence of the commercial teams by enhancing their knowledge, skills and competencies needed to drive business results. This includes but not limited to product knowledge, clinical knowledge, industry insights and trends, sales skills, territory management and account planning skills.
  • Work closely with cross-functional department leaders and stakeholders to assess education needs and market nuances and develop, modify, and deliver education to align to specific market or departmental needs.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of education programs through review of education and facilitation delivery metrics, sales productivity reports, and learner/stakeholder feedback.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to develop education content for internal and external audiences, working closely with Instructional Designers, & downstream marketing team following the principles of adult learning, and meeting the Global Learning & Development Standard Operating Procedures, Branding Guidelines, Copy Approval process, and Document Control requirements.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, BSN preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success
  • 3+ years of related experience in sales, clinical, and/or sales effectiveness
  • 3+ years required direct sales experience, preferably IV solutions, infusion consumables, and closed system transfer devices
  • 3+ years preferred experience in sales effectiveness, sales training, or related field
  • 3+ years clinical experience strongly preferred
