Job Description
Senior Client Partner driving enterprise account growth for Quietly, an award-winning content and communications consultancy. Leading strategic client relationships, delivery, profitability, and expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Drive executive-level conversations and cultivate trusted client relationships
- Lead account expansion by building business cases and demonstrating financial and strategic ROI
- Identify market whitespace, strategic opportunities, and emerging client challenges
- Pitch Quietly capabilities and define strategic objectives, approaches, budgets, and scopes of work
- Oversee program delivery and account governance, including scopes, outcomes, budgets, resourcing, and project management
- Lead engagements and guide cross-functional Strategy and Content teams
- Manage revenue, project profitability, and overall portfolio financial health
- Shape delivery strategy and operational best practices with the Head of Delivery
- Support onboarding, mentoring, training, coaching, and professional development of Delivery team members
- Evolve organizational processes and tools with department heads and operations
- Develop new service offerings and sales enablement materials with Growth, Strategy, and Content teams
- Support business development and marketing activities with the CEO and Growth team
Requirements:
- 8+ years of account management experience
- At least 6 years as an Account Director
- 2+ years at the Senior Account Director level or equivalent
- Proven track record managing and expanding high-profile, seven-figure enterprise client portfolios
- Experience deepening executive-level client relationships and navigating complex enterprise organizations
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts by identifying client needs and new opportunities
- Experience delivering marketing and operations consulting, content strategy, and distribution programs
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive operational efficiencies and elevate strategic and creative work
- Exceptional narrative-building and executive-level pitching skills
- Strong project management experience, including scope, planning, task management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Commercially minded and comfortable with data; able to translate research into business-smart engagements
- Experience leading and scaling strategic accounts in complex, technical B2B and enterprise environments
- Knowledge of media planning/buying, public relations, advertising, social media, AEO/GEO, and SEO
- Experience with AI platforms, marketing automation, content management systems, CRM platforms, email marketing, web analytics, and e-commerce tools
- Eligible to work in Canada
