Job Description
VP, Client Manager managing strategic Treasury Management client portfolios at Customers Bank. Leading sales enablement, technology, reporting, and cross-functional operational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to Treasury Management Sales leadership and senior relationship manager for larger, more strategic client portfolios
- Lead strategic initiatives and process improvements across Treasury Management
- Own and enhance Treasury's internal knowledge management, SharePoint, communications, and training materials
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and technology enhancements
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, and Marketing
- Manage larger and more strategic client relationships with limited supervision
- Partner with regional teams in prospecting new clients and potentially lead deposit-only opportunities
- Provide advanced guidance on cash management and risk strategy products and tailored solutions
- Lead product demos and training and prepare sales proposals
- Coordinate technical implementations across departments
- Monitor client needs, conduct reviews, and proactively suggest solutions
- Enhance sales support, tools, and resources with Treasury Sales Consultants
- Support and coach CM I/II staff
- Support associate development through onboarding, training, mentoring, and enablement
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, product specialists, and cross-functional partners on client growth
Requirements:
- Several years of relevant experience, often 7+ total, in commercial banking/client relations
- Deep product knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence client outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic/operational initiatives with direct client relationship management
- Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with Customers Bank applications
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools supporting productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
