Job Description

Paid Search Manager driving customer acquisition for DTC and subscription businesses. Leading paid search strategy and optimization across various platforms for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • **Position Responsibilities:**
  • Own paid search strategy and day-to-day execution across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and emerging search opportunities
  • Manage full-funnel paid search campaigns (brand, non-brand, competitor, shopping, and retargeting) to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, query mining, and account structuring to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Optimize toward core growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS and LTV
  • Develop and execute testing roadmaps across bidding strategies, match types, ad copy, landing pages, and feed optimizations
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and pacing of paid search spend to ensure efficient growth
  • Monitor and adapt to platform updates (e.g., automation, Performance Max, attribution changes) and industry best practices
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:

  • **Basic Qualifications/skills:**
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing paid search programs, preferably for DTC and/or subscription-based businesses
  • Proven track record of scaling paid search while maintaining or improving efficiency
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, experimentation, and performance measurement
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, including search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, attribution models, and testing frameworks
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Benefits:

  • **Salary Range: $135,000 - 160,000**
