Job Description
Freelance Marketing and Administrative Assistant at Impact BPO, supporting various administrative and business growth activities. Requires organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and English fluency for LATAM candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client projects, manage schedules, maintain CRM, dashboards, and reports.
- Post content, engage with audiences, comment, outreach, and use AI tools.
- Research events, connect with potential partners, support lead generation.
- Assist with audit processes, simplify workflows, and support client tasks.
- Handle tasks assigned by management, maintain organization and efficiency across systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role in Health Care.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management systems and CRM platforms.
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct research and present findings clearly.
- Basic marketing knowledge (social media, email campaigns).
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) is a plus.
- Office 365 experience.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar).
