Job Description
Marketing & Creative Assistant managing social media, graphic design, video editing, and email campaigns. Supporting Wing’s mission to automate operations and build global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media across multiple brands and platforms, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, trend research, and performance tracking
- Create promotional graphics, flyers, and marketing materials while maintaining consistent branding across locations
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content with captions and branding, approximately 20 hours per week
- Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns
- Design email templates and track campaign performance
- Start immediately
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in social media management
- Graphic design and video editing capabilities
- Experience creating and managing content calendars
- Experience with email marketing campaigns
- Strong written English communication
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency with CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Experience with Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Experience with Google Workspace
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature
- Working webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
- Availability for 8am–5pm CST, 40 hours per week
