Job Description
Marketing Lead at Hyperion Robotics driving UK marketing strategy to enhance visibility and commercial growth. Collaborate with leadership and manage PR activities in the construction sector.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a strategic marketing partner to the CEO, helping translate business objectives into clear priorities and actions
- Leading UK PR activity by shaping narratives, writing press releases, pitching stories, and building visibility in relevant media
- Supporting thought leadership through awards, speaking opportunities, and positioning Hyperion’s leaders as credible voices in sustainable construction
- Owning and executing the content calendar across LinkedIn, blog posts, newsletters, case studies, website content, and sales materials
- Working closely with Sales to align marketing with pipeline goals and support project acquisition
- Creating and maintaining high-quality sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies
- Evaluating and managing industry events, sponsorships, and partnerships with a clear focus on business impact
- Overseeing website content, SEO, analytics, and digital performance
Requirements:
- Solid B2B marketing experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, sustainability, or another relevant technical sector
- Confident in hands-on marketing execution and enjoy owning work end-to-end
- Some experience contributing to marketing strategy, planning, prioritisation, positioning, or senior-level discussions
- Proven track record in content marketing, communications, PR, or thought leadership-related work
- Strong SEO knowledge, including keyword strategy, content optimisation, and organic growth
- Hands-on experience using Google Analytics and HubSpot to track performance, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy
- Confident collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
