Job Description

Marketing Project Manager building paid-media systems for Sweat Pants Agency, which manages advertising for 57 brands. Owning capacity, creative workflows, UGC, onboarding, reporting, and AI-powered internal tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and run the operating system for the paid media team
  • Plan team capacity across media buyers, designers, and video editors
  • Build and manage the creative workflow from request through delivery, revisions, approvals, and QA
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage creators and UGC production
  • Track creator orders, usage rights, costs per account, and client invoice markups
  • Own and standardize client onboarding, including account access, ClickUp setup, reporting, and dashboards
  • Run ClickUp as the single source of truth with templates, recurring tasks, intake forms, automations, and dashboards
  • Build advertorials, presell pages, and landing page variants using Claude Code and ship them to Shopify or client stacks
  • Build internal tools, automations, and living SOPs using AI
  • Maintain accurate client reporting and dashboards
  • Coordinate recurring client and internal meetings, action items, and follow-ups
  • Identify at-risk accounts and escalate issues early
  • Potentially progress toward media buyer or creative strategist work

Requirements:

  • Elite organization and follow through; closes loops without being chased
  • Hands-on experience standing up or substantially rebuilding ClickUp, Asana, or Monday systems, including spaces, custom fields, templates, statuses, intake, automations, and dashboards
  • Experience using Claude, Claude Code, or a comparable agentic AI tool to build a page, dashboard, automation, or internal tool
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to anticipate gaps
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • English fluency required
  • Comfortable negotiating creator rates, timelines, and deliverables
  • Comfortable juggling many concurrent projects and context switching across accounts
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and accuracy
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, account management, or agency operations
  • Proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables across many projects
  • Working hours with meaningful overlap with US business hours
  • Bonus: experience with paid media or DTC ecommerce
  • Bonus: experience sourcing and managing UGC creators or influencers
  • Bonus: familiarity with Shopify, Figma, or front-end tooling
