Job Description
Marketing specialist growing CYBEX’s child-safety and lifestyle brand across Romania. Coordinating trade, digital, PR, e-retail, launches, content, and retail-partner events.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing Romania and the regional marketing team on all marketing activities across the country
- Coordinate and implement the global brand strategy at a national level across Trade Marketing, Digital and PR
- Develop presentations and marketing material for the regional sales force
- Support marketing activities for regional customers
- Execute the global POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines online and offline
- Support Shop in Shops concept creation and project execution with the Global Trade team
- Analyze market trends, customer journeys, and consumer behavior online and offline
- Execute global strategy and coordinate local new product launches
- Edit online text and visual content and ensure correct brand messaging in marketing campaigns
- Lead local PR agencies, including strategy, KPIs, and results tracking
- Organize local B2C fairs and events with retail partners
- Ensure relevant content is accessible, distributed, optimized, and visible across relevant online channels
Requirements:
- Successfully completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or another business-related field
- Relevant marketing experience
- Good knowledge of Trade Marketing, Brand Communication, and PR
- Strong focus on Trade Marketing, Online Marketing, and influencer marketing
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEA, and Google Analytics is a plus
- Proficient English and Romanian required
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Interest in the lifestyle and design industry
- Affinity for premium goods, luxury products, and brands
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Hands-on mentality and team-player orientation
