Job Description
Regional Account Manager driving Mondelez snack sales, customer strategies, promotions, and KPIs across NRW, Germany. Fully remote role managing key retail accounts and field-team execution.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales targets (net sales, volume, customer profitability, etc.) for customers within the assigned category
- Define the customer strategy derived from the sales and category strategy for assigned customers, and support its implementation
- Develop a full-year customer plan and additional promotional activities based on specific analytical tools to ensure achievement of AC targets
- Ensure achievement of sales KPIs (assortment, promotions, distribution (TDP), shelf space, and appearance)
- Agree on and implement cross-category activities based on specific customer and business strategies and marketing programs to achieve AC targets
- Build and maintain close relationships with relevant customer contacts
- Support optimal interaction between the regional account team and field sales teams to ensure excellent execution
- Agree on Drumbeat priorities and translate them into the respective customer plans
Requirements:
- Commercial or business qualification, or additional qualifications such as a university degree, business administration qualification, or certified specialist in retail management
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Strategic and solution-oriented mindset
- Professional knowledge and understanding of all relevant sales aspects of the grocery retail sector
- Strong business insights
- Sound knowledge of Mondelez customer and shopper insight tools and processes
- Cross-functional experience is an advantage, particularly in Perfect Store and RGM
- Knowledge of market data and strong numerical skills
- Experience currently managing multiple MBUs is an advantage
- Class B driving licence
