Job Description
Mortgage Loan Officer converting live, online, and AI-matched purchase leads into funded loans for Satori Mortgage. Building borrower trust and agent referral relationships remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Convert live, pre-screened inbound purchase leads into funded loans
- Handle live transfers from consumers ready to compare mortgage offers
- Build borrower trust quickly and guide nervous buyers toward closing
- Structure files and manage the mortgage process from the first call through funding
- Work online and AI-matched leads with rapid first contact and persistent follow-up
- Maintain responsiveness and organization while handling real-time leads
- Build relationships with real estate agents on purchase transactions to generate ongoing referrals
- Use support from the national producing-loan-officer team and Slack
- Participate in a short assessment about closing approach
Requirements:
- Proven track record of turning leads into funded deals
- Demonstrated knowledge of conversion rate on purchased or internet purchase leads
- Ability to build trust quickly with borrowers
- Mortgage knowledge sufficient to handle live consumers in real time
- Ability to structure loan files and manage the process from first call through closing
- Responsiveness, organization, and ability to work live transfers in real time
- Ability to handle online and AI-matched leads with fast first contact and disciplined follow-up
- Active NMLS license or certification
- Comfortable with a full commission compensation structure
- Must be able to reliably pick up live transfers during selected hours
- Spanish bilingual ability is addressed in the application, but not stated as required
