Job Description
Remote mortgage loan officer converting live, online, and AI-matched purchase leads into funded loans. Building borrower trust and agent referral relationships for Satori Mortgage.
Responsibilities:
- Convert live, pre-screened inbound purchase leads into funded loans
- Handle live transfers from consumers ready to compare mortgage offers
- Work online leads and AI-matched leads
- Make fast first contact and conduct disciplined follow-up
- Build trust with borrowers and guide them through the mortgage process
- Structure loan files and provide confidence to nervous buyers
- Develop relationships with real estate agents to generate ongoing referrals
- Collaborate with and receive support from a national team of producing loan officers
- Use broker products from 50+ lenders to close purchase loans
Requirements:
- Active NMLS license or certification
- Proven track record of converting leads into funded loans
- Experience with purchased or internet purchase leads/live transfers
- Knowledge of mortgages sufficient to handle live consumers, structure files, and manage the process through closing
- Ability to build trust quickly with borrowers
- Ability to respond quickly and remain organized
- Ability to work full business days plus some evenings and weekends preferred for live transfers
- Comfortable with a full commission compensation structure
- Willingness to complete a short closing assessment
- Spanish bilingual ability is asked about, but not explicitly required
