Job Description
Mortgage broker closing live, online, and AI-matched purchase leads into funded loans. Building borrower trust and agent relationships through Satori Mortgage’s nationwide lending platform.
Responsibilities:
- Convert live, pre-screened inbound purchase leads into funded loans
- Handle live transfers from consumers ready to compare mortgage offers
- Build borrower trust quickly and guide consumers through the loan process
- Structure mortgage files and provide confidence to nervous buyers
- Work online and AI-matched leads through fast first contact and disciplined follow-up
- Maintain responsiveness and follow up until online leads make contact
- Build relationships with real estate agents on purchase transactions to generate referrals
- Use support from the national producing LO team and Slack community
- Participate in a short closing-style assessment during the hiring process
Requirements:
- Proven track record of turning leads into funded deals
- Demonstrated knowledge of conversion rate on purchased or internet purchase leads
- Ability to build trust quickly with borrowers
- Mortgage knowledge sufficient to handle live consumers in real time
- Ability to structure mortgage files
- Responsiveness, organization, and readiness to handle live transfers
- Ability to work live transfers, online leads, and AI-matched leads
- Active NMLS license or certification required by the application
- Comfortable with a full commission compensation structure
- Ability to reliably pick up live transfers during available hours
- Spanish bilingual ability is assessed in the application
- Ability to provide recent funding history and purchase-lead conversion rate
