Job Description
Remote mortgage loan officer converting Satori Mortgage’s live, online, and AI-matched purchase leads. Structuring files, earning borrower trust, and funding loans through a broker platform.
Responsibilities:
- Close inbound, live, pre-screened purchase leads
- Convert qualified leads into funded loans
- Build trust quickly with consumers comparing mortgage offers
- Structure loan files and guide borrowers from the first call through closing
- Work online and AI-matched leads with fast first contact and disciplined follow-up
- Maintain responsiveness and organization while handling real-time live transfers
- Build relationships with real estate agents on purchase transactions for ongoing referrals
- Collaborate with a national team of producing loan officers and use Slack support
- Complete a short assessment about closing approach
Requirements:
- Proven track record of turning leads into funded deals
- Demonstrated knowledge of conversion rate on purchased or internet purchase leads
- Mortgage knowledge sufficient to handle live consumers, structure files, and manage the process in real time
- Ability to build trust quickly with borrowers
- Responsiveness, organization, and readiness to handle live transfers
- Ability to work live transfers, online leads, and AI-matched leads
- Active NMLS license or certification
- Comfortable with a full commission compensation structure
- Availability for full business days plus some evenings and weekends preferred for live transfers
- Spanish bilingual ability is addressed in the application
- Mortgage Loan Officer experience demonstrated through funded-loan history and lead-conversion performance
