Job Description
Mortgage loan officer converting live and online purchase leads into funded loans for Satori Mortgage. Building borrower trust, structuring files, and developing referral relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Convert live, pre-screened inbound purchase leads into funded loans
- Handle live transfers from consumers ready to compare mortgage offers
- Build borrower trust quickly and guide buyers to closing
- Structure loan files and manage the process from first call through funding
- Work online and AI-matched leads with rapid first contact and disciplined follow-up
- Build relationships with real estate agents to generate ongoing referrals
- Use support from the national producing-LO team and Slack
- Complete a short closing-style assessment
Requirements:
- Proven track record of turning leads into funded deals
- Knowledge of mortgage lending sufficient to handle live consumers, structure files, and manage the process in real time
- Ability to build trust quickly with borrowers
- Responsiveness and organization for live transfers
- Ability to conduct fast first contact and disciplined follow-up on online and AI-matched leads
- Active NMLS license or certification
- Comfortable with a full commission compensation structure
- Ability to reliably pick up live transfers during available hours
- Spanish language ability is assessed as fluent, conversational, or none
- Must provide funded-loan volume and contact-to-funded conversion-rate information
