Job Description
National Account Director responsible for managing Snappt's strategic partnerships and driving enterprise growth in the multifamily sector. Leveraging industry knowledge to close complex deals and foster executive relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of national accounts representing Snappt's largest and most complex client relationships
- Drive expansion revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing partnerships
- Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise partnerships with top-tier multifamily ownership and fee management companies
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across C-suite, VP, and portfolio leadership
- Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, retention, and long-term client health
- Represent Snappt at major industry events including NAA Apartmentalize and NMHC
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue activity in Salesforce
- Serve as the voice of the enterprise customer internally, providing market intelligence to Product, Marketing, and Leadership
Requirements:
- 5+ years of enterprise or national account sales experience, with a track record of closing and expanding complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Deep knowledge of the multifamily industry, fee management structures, ownership hierarchies, and how large PMCs evaluate and buy technology
- Proven ability to sell into the C-suite and navigate large organizations
- Experience managing a book of business at the national or enterprise level
- Strong commercial instincts, you know how to find expansion revenue and build urgency
- CRM discipline with consistent Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and presentation skills
- Proptech or SaaS sales background strongly preferred
- Ability to travel
