Job Description
National Account Manager focused on achieving sales objectives for Vive in the US agricultural market. Building relationships and executing strategies for distribution and key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Vive’s portfolio sales objectives across the country are met.
- Develop and execute distribution strategies and Large Account Management Plans.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel.
- Use creativity and market knowledge for innovative ideas in business growth.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support customer needs.
- Translate national and regional distribution strategy to U.S. Sales team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience in agriculture in the US
- Bachelors’ degree or higher
- Extensive experience in field sales within agriculture
- Experience with managing key influencers and decision
- Experience in establishing deep and meaningful relationships with key accounts (preferably distributor accounts)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Effective in small team settings driving collaborative approaches
- Proven success in launching new products and/or technologies into the marketplace
- Familiarity with liquid fertilizer, biologicals, and emerging precision ag technologies.
- Strong financial acumen – able to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI analyses.
- Valid passport with ability to travel across the US and Canada as needed (travel up to 45%, depending on home location).
