Job Description
National Account Manager leading Target business at Everyday Dose. Responsible for managing account activities and driving execution excellence in both retail and online channels.
Responsibilities:
- **Position Overview:** The National Account Manager will be responsible for owning and growing our Target business. This individual will be the primary point of contact for the buyer, broker and cross-functional teams at both Target and internally. You’ll manage day-to-day account activity, drive execution excellence in-store and online, and ensure the brand continues to thrive across Target’s physical and digital shelves.
Requirements:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between our brand, broker and Target’s buying and marketing teams.
- Lead all line reviews, item setup, and assortment updates.
- Manage in-store promotional planning and execution, ensuring flawless coordination with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams.
- Oversee digital marketing tactics on Target.com and other retailer media channels, optimizing visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate digital marketing tactics driving to in-store with Everyday Dose’s internal marketing team (e.g. email programs, Meta, Google, Influencer, TikTok)
- Develop and execute strategies for off-shelf displays and secondary placements to drive incremental sales.
- Build and maintain strong buyer relationships, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to grow the category.
- Partner closely with demand planning and operations to ensure accurate forecasting and on-time delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics, report on key KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of account management experience in CPG, preferably within food & beverage.
- Experience managing major national retail accounts (Target experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of retail promotional planning, eCommerce marketing, and category management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, syndicated data (IRI, NielsenIQ, or similar), and retailer portals.
