Job Description
Operations & Strategy Associate supporting KitBash3D’s creative ecosystem of 3D assets, tools, and platforms. Driving legal support, process automation, reporting, and cross-functional integration.
Responsibilities:
- Support legal and compliance activities, including first-draft contracts, time-sensitive legal/regulatory research, and privacy review
- Learn systems and processes quickly and translate them into clear SOPs
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring work
- Draft rollout communications and training materials
- Drive adoption of new processes and systems across teams
- Partner with the COO on internal reporting infrastructure
- Keep reporting current with functional data owners
- Run ad hoc analysis for time-sensitive decisions
- Lead cross-functional projects across departments
- Support business integration work across KitBash's four brands
- Own adoption of project-driven changes and ensure new ways of working stick
- Progress from discrete assigned workstreams to autonomous, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives
- Surface business problems and opportunities and bring forward solutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a role with meaningful contribution or ownership of projects, processes, or operations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a professional setting
- Strong research skills and ability to investigate unfamiliar legal, policy, or business questions and produce clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong project management and organizational instincts
- Ability to manage multiple unrelated workstreams concurrently
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formula-based modeling and analysis
- Contract drafting or review experience
- High general proficiency with computers and technical systems
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Working knowledge of Python, App Script, or other scripting/automation tools (bonus)
- Experience with SQL (bonus)
