Job Description
Operations Assistant responsible for analyzing user profiles on a relationship platform. Collaborating to optimize processes and improve platform quality and security.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review user profiles to ensure they meet our security criteria and platform rules
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements to approval processes
- Participate, when possible, in meetings for strategic alignment and discussions on process optimization
- Maintain daily communication and updates with the team to ensure continuous improvement
- Keep the team informed through daily reports and by filling spreadsheets with accurate information
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and a willingness to engage in continuous learning
- Ability to create simple reports to keep the team informed
