Job Description
Outside Sales Representative responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships in Nashville, Tennessee. Driving sales volume and brand awareness through strategic marketing and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and retain a quality client base through new business acquisition and maintenance of existing customers
- Build client relationships, secure new orders, and expand business with existing clients
- Compile lists of prospective customers and develop a call plan
- Assess individual client needs and implement plans to meet those needs
- Attend real estate industry functions and community events
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Valid driver’s license
