Job Description

Outside Sales Representative responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships in Nashville, Tennessee. Driving sales volume and brand awareness through strategic marketing and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and retain a quality client base through new business acquisition and maintenance of existing customers
  • Build client relationships, secure new orders, and expand business with existing clients
  • Compile lists of prospective customers and develop a call plan
  • Assess individual client needs and implement plans to meet those needs
  • Attend real estate industry functions and community events

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Valid driver’s license
