Job Description

External Sales Representative at Seara managing client portfolios and developing strategic relationships. Responsible for ensuring product excellence and training distributor teams in CE/PI/MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the customer portfolio;
  • Prospecting new customers;
  • Serve distributors, accompanying the sales team in customer service, point-of-sale (POS) execution and training;
  • Develop strategic relationships with clients, acting as a business partner;
  • Follow visit routes, ensuring weekly/biweekly/monthly purchase frequency;
  • Ensure excellence in POS execution (product display, pricing, zero out-of-stock, expiration management and merchandising);
  • Monitor competitors (pricing, promotional mechanics and visibility);
  • Work with management by KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, distribution/activation (positivação) and margin);
  • Interface with administrative areas (logistics, trade, marketing and finance);
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose data-driven action plans;
  • Prepare and analyze expense, incident and updated sales reports;
  • Comply with JBS safety and quality standards;
  • Areas of operation: CE (Ceará), PI (Piauí), MA (Maranhão)

Requirements:

  • Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management or related fields;
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) and own vehicle;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Experience in retail customer service (experience with distributor channel is a plus);
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel;
  • Must reside in the city of Fortaleza or the metropolitan area.
