Job Description
Partnerships Manager leading GSI and VAR relationships in EMEA for industrial analytics company Seeq. Driving go-to-market strategies and partner enablement for business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute Seeq’s GSI partnership strategy in EMEA aligned with global partner priorities.
- Nurture existing Seeq VAR relationships in the region to drive continued success for the VARs and GSI’s.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key GSI stakeholders (practice leads, solution architects, partner sales executives).
- Map Seeq capabilities to partner offerings, digital transformation initiatives, and industry verticals (Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences, Utilities, Mining, etc.).
- Develop joint value propositions, reference architectures, and solution offerings with each GSI & VAR.
- Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline through co-sell campaigns and industry events.
- Enable Seeq and partner field teams to collaborate on target accounts and pursuits.
- Coordinate partner onboarding, training, and certification activities.
- Build partner dashboards, pipeline tracking, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Ensure CRM hygiene and reporting for all partner-related activities.
- Work closely with Seeq Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align regional goals and partner priorities.
- Partner with Global Alliances and Marketing teams to deliver joint campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or channel management within enterprise software, SaaS, or industrial technology.
- Proven experience managing relationships with Global Systems Integrators (Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of co-sell, co-deliver, and co-develop motions in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing verticals (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharma, Utilities, Mining) preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and executive engagement skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop joint GTM plans and track ROI.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with industrial analytics is nice to have.
