Job Description

Business Development & Partnerships Manager at Scaleo, a SaaS company specializing in affiliate marketing. Building and maintaining partnerships while representing the brand at industry events.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and referral partners.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the affiliate and iGaming ecosystem.
  • Maintain and actively manage a database of partners and potential clients.
  • Travel to industry conferences and events across Europe (London, Malta, Barcelona, Rome, etc.).
  • Organize and attend in-person meetings with existing and potential clients.
  • Represent Scaleo as a brand ambassador.
  • Help partners and clients understand how Scaleo can support their growth and business goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and long-term collaboration.

Requirements:

  • You have a strong network across the iGaming industry.
  • You have experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or business development.
  • You enjoy building long-term professional relationships and expanding partner networks.
  • You are comfortable traveling and meeting clients in person or at industry events and conferences.
  • You are proactive and capable of managing an active partner and client base.
  • You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • You are confident representing a company publicly and building your professional network.
