Job Description
Partnerships Manager at Contextual focusing on recruiting and enabling strategic partnerships. Drive revenue generation and co-selling through partner collaborations for AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build the ecosystem by recruiting, enabling, and growing strategic partners.
- Identify, prioritize, and recruit partners aligned with Contextual’s ICP.
- Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies across various segments.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements and engagement frameworks.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for co-marketing initiatives.
- Develop partner enablement materials and support partner-sourced opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to track partner activity, referral pipeline, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel management, or B2B ecosystem development.
- Experience working with consultants, advisory firms, PE firms, or lower middle-market service providers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through referral and co-selling partnerships.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy in B2B software and/or AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and firm leadership.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing partnership KPIs using CRM tools.
- Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable building structure in an early-stage environment.
