Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist recruiting independent contractor linguists worldwide for Reviver Global. Managing sourcing, interviews, mass hiring, onboarding, and recruitment metrics across time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and recruit independent contractor linguists from various regions based on language requirements
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' language skills and qualifications
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through onboarding
- Conduct mass hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications
- Maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure hiring strategy effectiveness
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in talent acquisition; qualifications state 6 months to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management abilities
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed
- Experience recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is a plus
