Job Description
Senior Recruiter sourcing and assessing talent for Bamboo Works, an international remote recruitment and staffing firm. Owning digital, creative, and marketing roles from intake through placement.
Responsibilities:
- Own recruitment roles from intake to placement
- Ensure strong candidate-client alignment
- Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates
- Build and maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Contribute to sourcing strategies and develop talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate and structured candidate data in the ATS
- Share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Support recruitment operations, documentation, and smooth process execution
Requirements:
- 7+ years in recruitment
- Experience with remote and international hiring
- Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- High attention to detail and structured way of working
- Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Primary focus on Digital, Creative, and Marketing roles, with flexibility across other verticals
- Comfortable working as a full-time independent contractor
- Availability primarily aligned with Philippine working hours, with flexibility
