Job Description
Senior Recruiter owning end-to-end hiring for Bamboo Works, an international remote recruitment and staffing firm. Delivering talent across digital, creative, and marketing roles.
Responsibilities:
- Own recruitment roles from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate-client alignment
- Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates
- Build and maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Contribute to sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate and structured candidate data within the ATS
- Share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Support smooth execution of recruitment processes and documentation
Requirements:
- 7+ years in recruitment
- Experience with remote and international hiring
- Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- High attention to detail and structured way of working
- Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Primarily aligned with Philippine working hours, with flexibility
- Full-time independent contractor setup
