Job Description
Skilled trades recruiter sourcing and placing construction talent for Superior Skilled Trades. Managing full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipelines, and urgent client staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
- Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish
- Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Requirements:
- 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles
- Heavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly
- MSP/VMS experience a plus
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including occasional evenings/weekends as needed
