Job Description

Handling personal injury case reductions as the final point of contact. Providing client support and maintaining case documentation in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the final point of contact for each case
  • Initiate courtesy calls to clients upon case assignment
  • Provide detailed explanations of the reduction process
  • Meticulously log phone calls, case statuses, and documents into the online document management software
  • Ensure the efficient linkage of releases onto Litify
  • Confirm PIP benefits
  • Validate damages with a complete provider list
  • Confirm balances due on medical accounts
  • Negotiate bills with providers
  • Send out reductions promptly
  • Maintain regular client contact, addressing queries every two weeks
  • Conduct case reviews and personal audits for productivity
  • Develop and monitor weekly projection reports

Requirements:

  • Must speak English and Spanish fluently
  • Must have a Computer (Desktop or Laptop) Core I5 or above, 12 GB of Ram, at least Windows 10 installed.
  • USB noise cancelling headsets.
  • Webcam for daily meetings and huddles.
  • Internet speed must be 35Mbps Download and 15Mbps Upload.
  • Commitment to work overtime on occasion.
  • Have solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Must be a self-starter and multi-tasker.
  • Ability to work independently.
