Job Description
Pre-Sales Sports Scientist demonstrating market leading products to potential clients and providing technical advice. Supporting clients with onboarding, training, and developing business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate market leading products to potential clients both onsite at client premises and online
- Develop an unrivalled knowledge of products and their application to sport, and support clients on trial periods
- Provide client onboarding, onsite support, and training
- Manage your schedule of online/onsite demonstrations
- Compile, share and file all necessary online/onsite demo reports
- Provide technical advice to sales team during all stages of the sales cycle
- Build a network of contacts and regularly share and update relevant content
- Work alongside to ensure accessibility to recent marketing content
- Identify conferences and events for attendance and deliver presentations
- Provide feedback and requests to the R&D teams
- Manage the flow of demo kits and contracts with prospective clients
- Develop new business with existing clients or identify areas of improvement
Requirements:
- Qualified with a degree in a Sports and Exercise Sciences degree or equivalent
- Experience working with a GPS Performance Tracking system within an elite environment
- Ability to travel 70% of the time
- Confident communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organisations
- Highly organised with ability to manage a large workload
- Passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience and building lasting relationships.
- Coaching background/experience working in High Performance Sports (Desirable)
- Ability to write and speak fluent Japanese (Desirable)
- Sales experience with Sports Technology (Desirable)
