Job Description
Process Engineer focusing on HR transformation initiatives at RSM. Responsible for optimizing HR business processes and implementing new HR systems and enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, optimize, and document HR business processes to support transformation initiatives.
- Define data and system integration requirements for HR platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of processes with technology solutions.
- Support the implementation of new HR systems and enhancements.
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably within HR or enterprise technology environments
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and data integration
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
