Job Description
Product Marketing Manager for GTM-oriented strategy in property technology at Genea. Driving product commercialization across channel-led security solutions and direct-sell CRE products.
Responsibilities:
- Own positioning and messaging for key products and initiatives
- Evaluate product releases and determine GTM approach and priority
- Lead launch framing for revenue and expansion initiatives
- Use product utilization data to draw insights for messaging and enablement
- Build partner-ready narratives that enable selling through integrators
- Develop competitive and migration positioning
- Partner with Partner Marketing on launch communication and enablement
- Lead messaging and value framing for Submeter Billing and ODHVAC products
- Support demand generation and sales with clear use-case storytelling
- Help shape expansion and standardization narratives
- Drive case study and customer proof strategy (written and video)
- Partner with Product on customer interviews and advisory programs
- Turn customer insights into GTM and positioning inputs
- Maintain up-to-date competitive messaging and objection handling
- Refresh key assets based on market changes and GTM needs
- Use AI tools to increase speed, scale, and quality of work
- Continuously improve workflows and content reuse
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years in Product Marketing, GTM, or related roles
- Experience in B2B SaaS; channel or partner-led models preferred
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Strong positioning and messaging instincts
- Comfort working across Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Customer storytelling and proof development experience
- Competitive analysis and market insight capabilities
