Job Description
PMO Analyst at Smarthis creating governance models and managing project portfolios in a digital transformation context. Collaborating with global tech partners and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a project management office and define the full PMO governance model;
- Develop and communicate standards, methodologies (agile and/or traditional) and tools to be used for project management;
- Monitor execution of the project portfolio, including creating and leading key committees such as risk, change, prioritization, etc.;
- Prepare materials and lead executive and management portfolio status meetings, including key KPIs and action plans;
- Manage team allocation based on current and upcoming projects;
- Ensure effectiveness of the project portfolio quality control process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
- Relevant experience in project management/PMO roles;
- Advanced English;
- Intermediate Spanish.
