Job Description
Expert Project Manager tracking annotator performance and communications for Mercor’s frontier AI model training projects. Fully remote, flexible independent contractor role.
Responsibilities:
- Track project and annotator performance in Google Sheets
- Review annotator quality
- Handle contributor communications
- Help run projects advancing LLM browsing capabilities
- Support projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
- Collaborate with leading researchers
Requirements:
- High agency
- Strong organization
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to pick up an unfamiliar problem and own it start to finish
- Ops or project management background preferred
- Must be able to work as an independent contractor
- H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
