Job Description
Project Manager overseeing lease administration platform migration at JLL. Leading change management and stakeholder engagement initiatives for successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client transitions from Portfolio to CoStar platform
- Lead change management, stakeholder coordination, and partner with Migration Owner for seamless execution
- Execute stakeholder engagement across Account Directors, Legal Affairs, and Lease Administration teams
- Design client readiness programs (briefings, FAQs, approvals)
- Develop communication materials highlighting platform benefits
- Coordinate contract reviews for MSA modifications and GDPR requirements
- Establish post-migration support structures and conduct lessons-learned reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 5+ years PMO/program management in lease administration or real estate technology
- Proven multi-stakeholder project delivery
- Change management and stakeholder engagement expertise
- Project management tools and methodologies
- SharePoint administration
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Understanding of lease administration processes and legal/security considerations
- Risk management and analytical skills
- Preferred PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Commercial real estate lease administration experience
- Familiarity with CoStar, Portfolio platforms
- GDPR compliance experience
