Job Description
Project Manager leading international oncology and rare disease clinical trials for Ergomed, a specialist clinical research organization. Managing timelines, budgets, sponsors, teams, and regulatory-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within agreed scope while maintaining industry, sponsor, and Ergomed quality standards
- Liaise with project team members, provide training where needed, and ensure correct allocation to tasks
- Develop, review, and edit project plans to align with goals and milestones
- Organize and facilitate project meetings related to study activities, including study organization, initiation, execution, and closure
- Serve as the primary point of contact with sponsors and Ergomed Senior Management regarding project status
- Represent Ergomed at external meetings and liaise with scientific and medical experts at other CROs and sponsor companies
- Participate in committee meetings, such as EC/IRB meetings
- Develop, review, and edit relevant SOPs for consistency with regulatory standards
- Develop study-related training programs
- Contribute to bid defense activities
Requirements:
- Experience serving as a Project Manager of international clinical trials in a CRO environment
- Knowledge of Oncology and Rare Disease therapeutic areas
- Experience in selecting and managing external service providers
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a science related discipline
