Job Description
Project Manager delivering web development projects for Power Digital’s AI-native growth firm. Coordinating clients, designers, developers, timelines, resources, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage intake of project and task requests, assess scope, and assign work based on team bandwidth and expertise
- Support teams to ensure timely, high-quality completion of tasks and conduct QA checks before client delivery
- Maintain communication with internal teams and clients to align expectations and project requirements
- Share progress updates with stakeholders and proactively resolve roadblocks
- Foster collaboration to ensure successful delivery of web projects
- Serve as main point of contact for assigned clients and understand their business objectives
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring in alignment with client goals and agency standards
- Collaborate with design, development, and other PDM services teams
- Coordinate pods, partner with Account Directors, assign tasks, align priorities, allocate resources, and clarify timelines and requirements
- Manage a diverse client portfolio of project-based engagements and ongoing retainers
- Maintain 85% of MRR from the client book of business
- Lead as AM across other accounts when necessary
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years of Agency experience
- 1-3 years of experience in managing website development and design projects
- Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design and UX
- Knowledge of Wordpress and Shopify
- Basic understanding of Web Based language Java, HTML, or PHP preferred
- Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working with teams of 10 or more
