Job Description
Project Manager delivering web development projects for Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm. Coordinating clients, designers, developers, timelines, QA, and delivery performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage intake of project or task requests, assess scope, and assign work based on team bandwidth and expertise.
- Provide continuous team support and conduct QA checks to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients regarding expectations and project requirements.
- Share regular progress updates with stakeholders and proactively resolve roadblocks.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams and clients for successful web project delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and understand their business objectives.
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring in alignment with client goals and agency standards.
- Collaborate with design, development, and other Power Digital service teams.
- Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations; address client concerns and feedback.
- Coordinate pod activities with Account Directors, designers, and developers; align priorities and manage resource allocation.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio of project-based engagements and ongoing retainers.
- Maintain 85% MRR retention for the client book of business.
- Lead as Account Manager across other accounts when necessary.
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
- Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem within the department.
- Meet defined KPIs for communication, delivery timeliness, Asana ticket hygiene, QA quality, client satisfaction, and escalation resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4 years of Agency experience
- 1-3 years of experience in managing website development and design projects.
- Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design and UX.
- Knowledge of Wordpress and Shopify
- Basic understanding of Web Based language Java, HTML, or PHP preferred.
- Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working with teams of 10 or more.
