Job Description
Project Manager coordinating client-related tasks for a startup ad agency. Ensuring timely execution and process optimization while collaborating with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally across our team to help ensure projects are completed on time and within the scope
- Collaborate between internal team and clients to define the project timelines, objective, scope and any potential resource requirements
- Maintain project plans and timelines (via our project management tool Monday.com) to keep everyone on track
- Identify any potential project risks as they arise and help recommend solutions to these unexpected risks
- Serve as the primary client contact to confirm receipt for all tasks, assign due dates, and ensure our team understands the task at hand
- Create standardized process documents to ensure optimized and efficient processes for current and future team members to follow
- Take meeting notes and share follow ups with the necessary parties for all meetings that you attend
Requirements:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills across all mediums
- Quick replies in order to keep projects moving forward
- Time and project prioritization
- Excellent organization abilities
- Can manage multiple active projects at one time
- Problem solving & critical thinking
- Consistently meet deadlines
- Embrace rapid change
- Previous experience working as a project manager in a marketing agency
- Proficiency with Monday.com (or similar project management tool such as Asana, ClickUp, etc), Slack, Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides
- Project Manager with certifications (CSM, PMP, MPM, etc) is a plus, but not required
