Job Description
Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist at Charles River CFO, Inc. recruiting for accounting and finance professionals. Responsible for sourcing, evaluating candidates and maintaining candidate databases in a flexible, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, screen, and recommend qualified candidates, with a focus on assessing overall “fit” through effective interviewing
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with hiring goals
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify both active and passive candidates
- Research and recommend new sourcing channels and recruiting tools
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and candidate database through ongoing networking and outreach
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience from initial contact through offer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5+ years of talent acquisition and interviewing experience preferred
- Experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals strongly preferred
- Familiarity with BambooHR or similar ATS platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of modern recruiting techniques, including online and social media sourcing
- Proven ability to clearly communicate an organization’s value proposition to senior-level candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
