Job Description

Recruiter helping a digital agency find top-tier talent efficiently in a startup environment. Engaging with candidates and supporting the hiring process dynamically.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly support company-wide hiring needs under the guidance of the Director of People Operations in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Write + post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, postings, inbound leads, and outbound messaging.
  • Schedule and conduct Zoom interviews efficiently.
  • Be adaptable and responsive to changing needs and priorities.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in talent acquisition, thriving in a startup environment.
  • Experience in technical recruiting; adept at conducting technical coding interviews and comfortable recruiting for developers, engineers, and product-related roles.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships quickly throughout the hiring process.
  • Data-driven and KPI-focused with an ability to operate positively and effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to dynamic workloads.
  • Experience with ClickUp is a huge plus!
