Job Description
Recruiter managing client talent acquisition processes at Cielo. Delivering exceptional talent and engaging candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador for the client
- Deliver exceptional talent and proactive communication on the search status
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing plans
- Engage candidates through various media
- Draft and utilize phone interview templates
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of recruitment experience
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field preferred
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
