Job Description
Recruiting Coordinator supporting the Talent Attraction team across recruitment journey and pre-boarding. Role involves handling interview coordination, requisitions, and ensuring candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume interview coordination requests within Greenhouse (ATS)
- Open and edit requisitions in Workday/Greenhouse per job set-up guidelines
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire interview and pre-boarding process
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on scheduling and pre-boarding status via phone and email
- Support multi-country offer letter generation process
- Support background check process including initiating new checks, monitoring progress and properly escalating issues
- Support pre-boarding process including sending welcome letter, initiating background check, hiring candidate in Greenhouse, updating necessary trackers
- Assist in projects that help scale the TA function
Requirements:
- 2-4 years' experience in a TA coordination or TA operations role
- Must live in Costa Rica or Mexico City
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- Ability to multitask and learn processes quickly for more efficient and effective results
- Ability to exercise excellent judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time-management and people skills
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency and fluency in English is required
