Job Description
Recruiting Researcher Intern sourcing passive and active candidates for Miratech, a global IT services and consulting company. Building talent pipelines, managing ATS data, and reporting recruitment activity.
Responsibilities:
- Source talent through LinkedIn direct outreach
- Source passive and active candidates through networking, complex internet searches, research, name generation, and calls
- Perform database mining, job board searches, and functional web searches
- Research and target new talent sourcing channels
- Build deep talent pipelines based on hiring priorities
- Act as a company ambassador, share company values, and increase market brand awareness
- Ensure candidates receive a positive position experience
- Maintain and track sourced talent in the SmartRecruiters ATS
- Track recruitment data and produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruiting activities
- Work cross-functionally with different business departments and the Recruiting Team
Requirements:
- Any demonstrated experience in the Recruiting/Sourcing field
- Familiarity with main development languages, libraries, and frameworks, including understanding the crucial differences between them
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate conveniently with international people
- Distinct LinkedIn profile
- Background in Engineering, Finance, or Economics would be an advantage
