Job Description

Regional Account Manager leading sales initiatives for WD-40 Company in Germany. Engaging with customers to build relationships and drive product sales.

Responsibilities:

  • You are our Brand Ambassador in the region
  • You implement sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets
  • You manage specialist retail accounts to build long-term customer relationships and increase sales
  • You promote our clear, practical B2B solutions that create real value and generate sales
  • You analyze market data and derive appropriate actions to increase sales

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training (e.g., retail salesperson) or further qualification as a Sales Specialist (Fachwirt/in Vertrieb), or a degree with a sales-related focus (e.g., Sales), or initial experience in key account management
  • A good sense for the needs and requirements of the DIY market
  • Strong numerical literacy and analytical thinking as a basis for sound decision-making
  • Self-motivation and curiosity
  • Strong communication skills combined with a confident presence
