Job Description
Regional Business Consultant in franchise operations and growth with coaching and performance optimization focus. Collaborate with business owners to improve profitability and operational excellence across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and advise franchise owners on business operations, growth strategy, and profitability
- Analyze financial performance (P&L, EBITDA, KPIs) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Drive improvements in sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Lead structured business planning and hold owners accountable to goals
- Navigate complex situations, including conflict resolution and performance challenges
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions and periodic in-person site visits
- Facilitate trainings, workshops, and group sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams on broader network initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience leading teams, multi-unit operations, or business units
- Background in franchise operations, consulting, coaching, or multi-location leadership (e.g., retail, restaurant, service industries)
- Experience driving results through others (not just individual contribution)
- Exposure to KPIs, financial metrics, and operational performance management
