Job Description

Medtronic ENT capital sales leader managing complex hospital accounts across TX, IL, MN, MO, and LA. Driving regional growth, major deals, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Medtronic ENT’s capital and service portfolio within a defined region
  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and practice managers
  • Manage large, complex accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct market research and lead market development strategies to drive competitive conversions and strategic growth
  • Promote and sell Medtronic's ENT capital products and services within assigned geographic areas or customer accounts
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products or modifications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing
  • Support the ENT clinical team in surgical environments
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Operations to drive strategy and share market insights
  • Manage executive-level customer relationships and negotiate major deals

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant experience OR Associate degree and 8+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Valid driver's license
  • Active vehicle insurance policy
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
