Job Description
Regional Sales Director joining Zscaler’s EMEA Sales team. Leading Enterprise sales strategy while building high-performing teams in South Africa focusing on cloud security.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and develop world-class sales talent in South Africa building development plans for each representative while coaching the team to overachieve on targets
- Understand and solve customer pain points through our unique value proposition
- Operate as the GM of your business by creating a plan for success and accurately forecasting business monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Act as an executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline, and drive opportunities to closure
- Foster a culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements:
- 10+ years of full-cycle Enterprise sales management experience within the software or security industry
- Proven experience managing an Enterprise sales team focused on complex and strategic enterprise accounts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Progressive selling experience engaging with strategic accounts and selling at the C-level
